Meet Louise & Carl
We're Louise and Carl — the couple behind Trusted Pet Sitters. Between us, we have over 40 years of experience caring for homes, pets, and the people who love them.
We founded Done n Dusted back in 1990 — a professional home care business based in Cheshire that we built from the ground up and ran successfully for over three decades.
In 2024, we sold our businesses and took the opportunity to travel, explore, and do what we love most — spending time with animals and helping people feel at ease when they're away from home.
That's how Trusted Pet Sitters was born. We combine everything we've learned over 35 years of home management with a genuine, deep love of animals. When we stay in your home, we treat it — and your pets — as if they were our own.
We're not a faceless agency. It's always us — Louise and Carl — who turn up, stay in your home, and send you daily photos of your happy pets.
